We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter at our corporate office in Schaumburg, IL.  This person will work alongside our Recruiting Professional and will help us identify and implement methods to attract and recruit high-quality talent.

  • Full cycle recruitment from intake session through pre-employment screenings
  • Identify and implement methods to attract and recruit new talent for the corporate office, Research and Development locations, INX plant locations and customer sites 
  • Use resume databases, social media, job boards, and other sources to attract candidates
  • Partner with outside resources to attract talent and promote INX International as an employer of choice. This may include career centers, employment offices and the like
  • Develop and execute strategies for trade school, high school, and college recruiting programs including apprenticeships and internships
  • Use INX' ATS iCIMS to manage requisitions and candidate work-flows
  • Reporting and tracking - use MS Excel spreadsheet to track requisition statuses
  • Act as a consultant and true partner to internal customers/hiring managers. Including but not limited to, coaching on staffing/recruitment best practices
  • Manage pre-employment process including background checks, reference checks, drug screens and physicals
  • Leverage social media platforms to enhance INX's recruiting efforts
  • Work with vendors and partners to meet INX's ongoing talent needs
  • Comply with and focus on INX International's diversity hiring initiatives
  • Develop pipelines of candidates for various locations and skill sets
  • This position will involve some travel (job fairs, plant locations, etc.)

Qualifications (Skills - Education - Experience)
  • Must have minimally 3 years of recruiting experience
  • MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must have experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Must have experience using social media to effectively attract and hire candidates
  • Experience with core recruiting functions such as screening and interviewing
  • Able to successfully recruit both active and passive candidates
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission, proportions and percentages
  • Communicates clearly (verbally and in writing) to all levels of candidates & management
  • Knowledgeable of, and committed to, Affirmative Action and EEO principles

  • Must be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Strong negotiation skills
Additional qualifications requested/helpful:
  • Ideal candidates will have a blended background in high volume staffing and corporate recruitment
  • Ideal candidates will have some familiarity with employment law
  • Familiar with iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
